Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Te Așteptăm platform (teasteptam.ro), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of these provisions, please do not use the platform.

Te Așteptăm is a SaaS platform for creating, personalising and distributing digital invitations for events (weddings, christenings, birthdays, corporate events, etc.), together with RSVP, seating plan and complementary printed-product ordering features.

To use the services, you need to create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for the security of your account and for all activity carried out under it. Do not share your login details with third parties.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we detect fraudulent activity, spam or breaches of these terms.

The price for publishing a digital invitation on the standard plan is 35 EUR (one-time payment), which includes full access to the platform's features for a period of 12 months.

The custom package (made-to-measure elements or template combinations) is offered on a quote basis, following a request sent through the platform. The price and delivery terms are confirmed in writing before work begins; payment for this package is made according to the accepted quote.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Once the invitation has been published and access to the platform granted, the payment is non-refundable, except where the service does not work as specified.

Printed products are subject to separate refund terms, depending on the production stage.

All templates, designs and platform code are the property of Te Așteptăm and are protected by copyright law. Users own the rights to their own content (texts, photos, guest data) that they upload.

Reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from our designs without prior written consent is not permitted.

Te Așteptăm is not responsible for: errors caused by incorrect information entered by the user, guests' internet connectivity issues, or data loss caused by force majeure. We make every effort to keep the service available 24/7, but we do not guarantee 100% availability.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. You will be notified by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect. Continuing to use the platform after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled amicably or, failing agreement, by the competent courts in Bucharest.
