What is an online RSVP?
An online RSVP means guests reply through a form in your digital invitation instead of calling or texting. With Te Așteptăm the form is part of the invitation, and every reply lands instantly in your guest list.
- The guest opens the link, taps “Attending” and says how many are coming.
- You can ask for a menu choice, number of children, dietary needs and a message.
- Everything shows in your dashboard: attending, declined, no reply, totals per menu.
- 01
Choose what to ask
In the editor, turn on the questions: party size, menu, dietary needs, a message and the RSVP deadline.
- 02
Send the invitation
By WhatsApp, SMS or email, with one shared link or a personal link for each guest.
- 03
Follow the replies
Every reply appears live, with menu totals ready for the venue and the seating plan.
Live replies
See instantly who's attending, who declined and who needs a reminder.
Menus & dietary needs
Standard, vegetarian, vegan or children's menu, plus allergies, counted automatically.
Plus-ones & children
Each guest says how many are coming and how many children, so seat counts are exact.
Named links
Every guest gets their own link with their name filled in. You know exactly who replied.
RSVP deadline
